Chief Executive Officer
Barry Cash
Mr Cash was CEO of Esk Water from 1997 until he transferred to the position of CEO of Ben Lomond Water in early 2009. Barry has a degree in Civil Engineering as well as Management qualifications. He has been involved in the Tasmanian Water Industry for more than 30 years. Barry is a Member of the Institution of Engineers (Aust) and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Greg Boon
Executive Manager Human Resources
Mr Boon has 20 years experience in Human Resource Management including 9 years with Launceston City Council. Greg has a Bachelor of Business as well as Accounting and Occupational Health & Safety qualifications. He has experience in Training & Development, Remuneration, Occupational Health & Safety, Rehabilitation & Workers Compensation and Industrial Relations.

Paul Donohue
Executive Manager Assets
Mr Donohue has been working in the Water Industry for 12 years including almost 6 years with a Victorian Water and Sewerage Authority. Paul has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a Masters in Infrastructure Engineering and Management. He has experience with Design, Capital Expenditure, Asset Management and Geographical Information Systems.

David Gregory
Executive Manager Corporate Services
Mr Gregory has 15 years experience within the Finance and Administration areas of the Tasmanian Water Industry. David has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Business Management) and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Glen Rowlands
Executive Manager Regional Service Delivery
Mr Rowlands has been employed with various organisations within the Tasmanian Water Industry for over 15 years. Glen has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with Honours. His areas of expertise include the design, optimisation and operation of water treatment processes and facilities, strategic asset operations, along with the planning, design and implementation of SCADA and process control systems.

Eamonn Tiernan
Executive Manager Business Performance
Mr Tiernan is a Certified Practising Accountant and Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has extensive finance, accounting and senior management experience and returns to the water and sewerage industry after 3 years in senior management establishing the new Australian Technical College Northern Tasmania. Eamonn has a record of achievement in senior management roles in the formation of RWSC Water Schemes (1994), Esk Water (1997), and Australian Technical College Northern Tasmania (2006).
