Our team includes many people with experience in managing water and wastewater operations. Many of them you may have dealt with in the past when operations were managed by the eight councils and Esk Water. You shouldn’t notice any changes in the service you will continue to receive.
What will change is the ownership, structure and governance of water and wastewater operations across the region. The new arrangement meets the strictest accountability controls established by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) and under state government legislation to ensure that your interests are protected at all times.
