Development Assessment Services & Fees
Ben Lomond Water has introduced a revised fee schedule for the provision of Development Assessment Services.
This fee schedule applies to all Development Applications received across the region. Pricing is structured in a way that is indexed relative to the scope of the proposal, taking into consideration the following:
- Time required by Ben Lomond Water staff to assess and provide advice relating to the proposal,
- Land size,
- Total allotments, and
- Supply/discharge requirements.
Building and plumbing applications requiring Ben Lomond Water input (non-exempt applications) should be lodged with the relevant fee. Development applications forwarded by Council to Ben Lomond Water for assessment will attract a process fee. Applicants will be advised by Ben Lomond Water of the respective fee once the application has been received from the Council.
