Boiling of drinking water alert
Residents of Conara, Campbell Town and Ross are advised that a TEMPORARY boiling of drinking water alert is in place for this water supply.
Residents of Scamander are reminded that a TEMPORARY boiling of drinking water alert is in place for this water supply.
Residents of Pioneer, Gladstone, Ringarooma, Herrick, Ledgerwood, Derby, Winnaleah, Branxholm, Fingal, Mathinna, Cornwall, Rossarden, Mole Creek, Whitemark, Lady Barron & Lilydale are reminded that a PERMANENT boiling of drinking water alert is in place for this water supply.
As a safeguard all residents of these towns are requested to boil drinking water for a period of one minute before consumption.

Water Restictions
Ben Lomond Water has introduced stage 1 water restictions in Bridport and Mole Creek. More information can be found about restictions in this guide
Exemptions
Complete or part exemptions from any level of water restriction may be given by Ben Lomond Water upon application.
Requests for exemptions must be accompanied by a Water Conservation Plan. Such Plans are to include, as a minimum:
• The area to be irrigated
• Location of water meter(s)
• Details of existing watering arrangements and volumes
• Proposed watering arrangements and volumes
• Details of proposed watering mechanisms and appropriate
waste minimisation processes
Note that some sports fields/playing surfaces are exempt from restrictions. Such surfaces include:
• Bowling or Croquet Greens
• Grass Tennis Courts
• Turf Cricket Wickets, including Practice Wickets
• Golf Tees or Greens (not approaches or fairways)
• Synthetic Hockey Pitches
Scouring Schedules
Please be advised that Ben Lomond Water will be conducting scouring in the following areas on the days indicated.
This may result in dirty water for a short period of time. Please run water though your taps in order to clear your pipes.
