INTERIM PRICING ORDER
Ben Lomond Water operates under a stringent legislative and regulated environment. Our charging arrangements are regulated by the Interim Price Order (IPO) issued by the Treasurer. The IPO is available for viewing at www.treasury.tas.gov.au. The IPO provides that, for 2009/10, we are required to charge on exactly the same basis as did the relevant Council in 2008/09 but include a price increase provided in the IPO.
