Development and planning
Pursuant to the Water and Sewerage Industry Amendment Act 2008 and Water and Sewerage Industry Amendment (Amendment) Act 2009 Council shall refer Development Applications to the Regulated Entity (Ben Lomond Water) that are not exempt under the Referral Exemption Form.
The Referral Exemption form is for Council staff to complete. This form will be available at all Council Offices. To download a copy click here (Referral Exemption Form)
